Accreditation certificates

On this page you will find an overview of the accreditation status of the degree programmes

The expert reports and assessments by the reviewers and the Accreditation Council, as well as any conditions imposed and the accreditation history of the degree programme, can be viewed in the database of accredited degree programmes maintained by the Accreditation Council. The entry in the ELIAS database replaces the certificates previously issued by the agencies bearing the Council’s seal. Information on subject-specific quality seals obtained (e.g. EUR-ACE, EURO-INF, FIBAA, ASIIN, etc.) is published on the respective degree programme websites

In recent years, several bundled accreditation procedures have been carried out at the faculties. For new degree programmes, the accreditation procedure is generally initiated in the final semester of the first cohort, ensuring that accreditation is granted by the end of the programme. The accreditations of degree programmes at THI that have already been discontinued are also documented and published in the ELIAS database and can be found using the search functions.

THI has been system-accredited since October 2022 and is therefore authorised to conduct the accreditation procedures for its degree programmes independently.

The THI Business School has been AACSB accredited since the end of 2024.

The part-time and continuing education degree programmes have so far largely been reviewed by internal procedures as part of the successful partial system accreditation . RE accreditation takes place as part of the ongoing system accreditation procedure. The previous accreditation history of the degree programmes is documented in the ELIAS entries.
